Flashmob Rehearsals

Hello dancers!! (:

There will be a flash mob rehearsal on this coming Friday, 25th June and next Friday 2nd July from 6pm to 9pm at Studio 3. There may also be a combined flash mob rehearsal with the other performers on the 30th June (to be further confirmed with the director).

Please also note that Marcus will be coming this Saturday, 26th June. Dance class will thus start from 10.30am-1.30pm (:

Monday's dance class/ FLASHMOB

Hi Guys,

Though we have camp today, BUT...
There is still dance classes today, [14th JUNE 2010] !!
Don't forget okays, especially those who aren't going for the camp.

Alrights second thing i want announce is, D3 will be doing a flashmob together with NP Dance Group for this year's Poly Experience. =)
Poly Experience is on the 8th and 9th of July.
Everyone is welcome to participate in this performance!!
We are gonna do a fun and lively performance for the flashmob!!

Practices are as follows:
Thursday: 6pm to 8/9pm.
Saturday:4pm to 6/7pm.

I'm sure all of you are excited about the upcoming D3 Dance Camp in June! :DD
The camp is from 14th June to 16th June!
And it is COMPULSORY!
Well, in order for us to better faciliate the planning of the camp, we need to know your attendance by this Thursday (3rd June). The camp fees are $15 per person.

Study break[Edited]

Hi guys,

In view of the common tests/exams that you guys are having for the next two weeks, we will cut down on our dance classes, so that you guys can manage your time and study.

Dance classes that will be CANCELED on:
FRIDAY, 4th JUNE 2010
SATURDAY, 5th JUNE 2010
MONDAY, 7th JUNE 2010

We are not going to cancel ALL dance classes for this two weeks.
Reason being, Marcus has got choreographies to finish.
He would be away for a period of time in June, so its unwise to stop ALL classes now.
So please, manage your time, study and also dedicate abit of time to practice your dance routines. =P

However, if you really really really cannot turn up for dance classes, because of your commontests/exams, its okays, just approach me and let me know okays. =)
Afterall, studies is more important!

So... Lets see each other this Saturday, 29th May 2010 for our physical/dance training. =)

Hi all!

Just a fast announcement!
Marcus will be coming into Studio at 6pm tmr. [Monday, 24th May 2010]
He wish to start early and finish up the first half of the jazz routine [cinema italiano].

However, he mentioned, it is okays if you cannot make it at 6pm.
For those who are able to make it just come down at 6pm, and as for those who can't make it, try to come ASAP. =)

Alrights, as mentioned in class we will meet up every Saturday to train up our physical and also work on the various routines that we have been taught.
This Saturday trainings will start officially on 22th May 2010.
[Note: Saturday trainings are compulsory, attendance will be marked.]

We will split into two classes on Saturdays' Trainings. =)

Hello Dancers!

Dance lesson officially starts tomorrow! (Bet you're excited ^^)

Venue: Block 71 Studio 2

Time: 7pm-9.30pm

Attire: Girls (non-revealing tops & comfortable dance tights)

Guys ( dance tights is not compulsory but please be in something comfortable)
**No Jeans/Denim Shorts/Skirts!
***Ballet shoes are not compulsory (if you have 'em and wants to wear, you can bring it along, Your choice!)

Eat something light before you come for class, don't starve yourself!

Remember to bring sufficient water too.

Btw, any of you interested in purchasing Foot Thongs? They are priced @ $25 each (Could be negotiated for a lower price if we purchase in bulk!)

Second audition

Hello dancers!! (:

For those who have missed out or had not made it through the first audition, fret not, there will be ANOTHER AUDITION THIS COMING SATURDAY (:

Date: Saturday, 8th May 2010
Time: 10.30am-12.30pm [probably end earlier]
Venue: Blk 71 #01-02 (beside school of BA)
Dress code: Non-revealing tops and stretchable pants

***This time round, audition will be in a form of dance class.
We will be doing our normal warm-up and technique routines + other stuffs depending on our instructor.
You are encouraged to come down an hour/half an hour before class on Saturday to run through the routines with our existing dancers. =)

If you are interested, just come down and give it a try! No harm! No worries!

Please note that this will be our LAST audition so DO make yourself free on the above-mentioned date. You are also reminded to bring $20 for the compulsory Orientation Day this Saturday if you have successfully passed the audition on the same day.

Hello dear freshies!!

First of all, welcome to Ngee Ann Polytechnic! We hope you will have a fun and meaningful experience throughout your 3 years here!! (:

Payments for T-Shirts

Hello dancers!! (:

This is VERY IMPORTANT..
We are finally getting our T-Shirts.
The prices of your T-shirts is $12 each. =)

BUT, for those who have paid for our camp in 2009, you just need to pay $6.
Payments are to be paid latest by Saturday(17th April 2010) in Class.

Please remember to pay your club funds as soon as possible to Jarah by this Saturday(17th April 2010) too.
