Christmas Perf Rehearsal on Sat, 28th November 09

Hey dancers,

There are some changes to the Christmas Performance Rehearsal for this Saturday.

Take note arhs!

Ms Veronica will be selecting dancers to perform "Halo" on this Saturday.

Selected dancers will have to stay back till afternoon four thirty latest, to rehearse the whole dance piece.

Christmas Performance Rehearsal.

Date: 28th November 2009

Time: 10.00am to 12.30pm (for all dancers)

2.00pm to 4.30pm (for "Halo" dancers only)

Chinese Dance Concert

Hello dancers!!

Ngee Ann Chinese Dance is having a dance concert on this coming Saturday.

I'm wondering if you guys are interested, so that we can go watch it together!

It would be a very good exposure as there are contemporary elements in it.

Important Dates for Christmas Performance Rehearsals.

I have updated the schedule with the dates for our rehearsals.

Please make sure you take a look at the timings.

Take note that on this Saturday, please be present at the studio by TEN sharp.

On this coming Monday, Ms Veronica will selecting dancers for "Halo", so please don't miss it.

We have very little rehearsals left. So lets jiayous.

Committee Recruitment INTERVIEW

Hello!

To all those who are coming for interview on Monday, please take note.

We will start interviewing from 5.30pm.

As what we have observed today, each interview took about 15 to 20 mins.

If we are unable to finish everyone's interview by 6.30pm, we'll continue after dance rehearsal, which is 8.30pm.

So just take note, please be present in your casual formal attire, outside Block 71 #02-03. Bring along your filled-up form too.

For those who hasn't register, but is still keen to come for interview, we are very nice, you can come at 5.30pm as well. hahas =)

I think there are some confusions regarding whether there's dance class tmr.

Yes, dance class will still be on for tmr. It's just that Ms Veronica wouldn't be around. =)

I know this clarification is abit too late, but i hope it helps those few who are confused. ahahhx! =)

Christmas Performance

Hello Dancers,

Agains, as mentioned in class, we will be having a Christmas Performance coming up.

Venue: Ngee Ann City

Date: 19th December 2009

We will be putting up two items.

1) A Christmas related dance item to the song "Sleigh Ride".

We have started the choreography today. We will be taking in a maximum of 30 dancers for this item.

2) A more technically sound dance item

Limited dancers will be chosen for this item. Song to be confirmed again.

Up till now, everyone should be very sure that Attendance is very important.

I'm gonna say this again, if you guys wants to get the chance to perform, COMMITMENT is crucial. Dancers who are inactive with/without valid reasons will be taken off from the performance. Depending on how frequently you are absent.

We have not much rehearsals left with Veronica, so please please be considerate and don't miss rehearsals. =)

Just a gentle reminder to all of you.

Please remember to submit your dance funds on this coming Saturday okays. =) Especially those who have been owing dance funds for months arhs. haha =)

For those who hasn't return the Black Skirts/ Hats which we used for "That's Not My Name" dance piece, kindly please bring it on Saturday. =)

And congratulations to those who just performed for the BA Top Student's Awards Ceremony! =) It was overall a good performance. Keep it up, and continue to improve okay!

Oh and don't forget to bring your blue skirts to return to the owners. =)
